Cancellation Policy
•Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show appointments will result in the deposit being forfeited.
•Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow a 10-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment will be canceled, no exceptions!
•Skin & Product Disclaimer:
For your safety, please inform us before your appointment if you are using retinol, Retin-A, Accutane, or any exfoliating or acne medications, as these products can make the skin more sensitive and may not be suitable for waxing services.
Clients should avoid retinol, strong exfoliants, or active skincare products in the brow area at least one week before the service.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and accept responsibility for any skin sensitivities related to these products.
•Guest Policy:
To maintain a relaxing environment and limited space, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children attend appointments unless they are being serviced.
